Getting Skills for the Tourism Industry

The Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) for the Tourism Industry identifies all the critical skills required to work in the various industry sub-sectors including Hotel and Accommodation Services, Attractions, Tour and Travel Services, Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition (MICE) and Events.
 

The Tourism WSQ is recognized by the industry, and allows recognition of learning achievements through a variety of learning options such as on-the-job training, e-learning, classroom training.  It also provides useful information for workers to map out their career progression in the tourism industry.
