The structured and transparent framework will lead to a professional certification.
Each certification is for a specific job family and job role. A job family can have up to six job roles (Job Role VI being the highest).
Practitioners who are certified for Job Roles I to IV will be awarded a certificate for their mastery in a particular job family and role level. For those certified for Roles V or VI, they can use the professional certification marks "Financial Industry Certified Professional" and "FICP".
The roadmap to certification is depicted below:
*Certified practitioners for Job Roles I to IV will be awarded a certificate to signify their workplace mastery in that particular area. For practitioners who are certified at Job Roles V or VI, they can in additional to the certificate be authorised to use the professional certification marks " FICP " and " FINANCIAL INDUSTRY CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL "
