Financial Assistance
If your company sends you for training programmes under the CSS WSQ, it can receive course fee funding from the following sources:
(a) Skills Development Fund (SDF) – This grant is administered by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency. It supports training for courses offered to non-NCSS member VWOs and non-MCYS funded VWOs under the CSS WSQ framework. For more information, please visit SDF website at http://www.sdf.gov.sg/

(b) VWOs – Charities Capability Fund (VCF) – This grant is administered by National Council of Social Service (NCSS). It offers training grant to NCSS member VWOs, MCYS funded VWOs, registered charities and institutions of a Public Characters. (c) Non-Profit Sector Training Grant (NTG) – This grant is administered by the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC) for the training of staff and volunteers in the non-profit organizations (NPOs). The grant aims to encourage and support capability and skill development in the non-profit sector to promote volunteerism and philanthropy. (d) Absentee Pay Roll Funding under Skills Redevelopment Programme (SRP) - This grant is administered by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency. It offers absentee payroll. For more information, please visit SRP website at http://www.srp.org.sg/
