Training Qualifications
Statement of Attainment (SOA)
The Service Excellence WSQ offers comprises of 19 units that spans across three occupational levels - Operational, Supervisory and Managerial.
A Competency-Based assessment approach will be adopted for every unit within the framework. Participants are assessed to be either "Competent" or "Not Yet Competent". A Statement of Attainment (SOA) will be issued to participants who are assessed as "Competent" for the respective unit.
The SOAs may count as credits towards attaining a full certificate in other WSQ Industry Skills Frameworks such as Security WSQ.
