If your company sends you for Employability Skills training under the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ), you can receive course fee funding from the Skills Development Fund (SDF) and absentee payroll funding under the Skills Redevelopment Programme (SRP).

Public Walk-in funding scheme for The Workplace Literacy and Workplace Numeracy Series.
For employer-sponsored participants, their employers can either sponsor them via the SDF Easy Net funding scheme or the Public Walk-in scheme.
For SDF Easy Net funding scheme, employers will co-pay the course fees and apply for absentee payroll subsidy accordingly.
For the Public Walk-in funding scheme, employer will co-pay a nominal fee of $50 for the WPL training module or/and $20 for the WPN training module for the participants. In this funding scheme, the absentee payroll scheme will not be applicable. For self-sponsored participants, they can participate in the Public Walk-in funding scheme and co-pay a nominal course fee of $50 for the WPL training module or/and $20 for the WPN training module.
For job-seekers participants, they can choose to self-sponsored themselves via the Public Walk-ion funding scheme or seek the help of DCN as surrogate employer to sponsor them for the WPL and/or WPN training modules if it is found that there is a need for the training for them.
To be eligible for the training incentives for the Workplace Literacy & Numeracy Series, course participants should meet the following criteria:
- Be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident of Singapore;
- Have taken the appraisal test at the Centre for Employability Skills (CES);
- Have attended at least 75% of the training;
- Have attempted all the required assessments.
To be eligible for the training incentives for the Workplace Skills Series, course participants should meet the following criteria:
- Be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident of Singapore;
- Have attended at least 75% of the training;
- Have attempted all the required assessments.
