The Practical Guide is published for Approved Training Organisations (ATOs) under the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) System and the National Skills Recognition System (NSRS). This guide provides practical tips to assist ATOs to strengthen their internal systems and processes, as part of WDA's holistic quality assurance system. WSQ Communication Guide for Approved Training Organisations
Training Providers who have been awarded Accredited Course status may use the WSQ Identity on all communication materials for related advertising and promotional purposes. Training providers need to seek the prior approval of WDA before releasing any communication materials bearing the WSQ Identity.
This guide provides guidelines to ATOs for marketing and communication of their WSQ programmes. This booklet sets the guidelines that ATOs need to adhere to so as to ensure consistency in WSQ message and brand identity across all communication platforms.
